Stay plugged in with live support, twice a month, at times that work for you.

What's included:

  • 2x live drop-in group calls per month (1 hour each)

    • First Wednesday of the month, evening at 6:30pm — for after-work check-ins

    • Third Monday of the month, lunchtime at 12:30pm — for a midday reset

  • Drop in whenever suits you — no pressure to attend every session

  • Ongoing peer + coach support in the group space (hosted on telegram)

Best for: graduates who want to stay connected and keep learning without a big monthly commitment.

Tier 2 — Community & 1-1 Support

£100/month

Everything in Tier 1, plus dedicated 1-1 time to work through what's personal to you.

What's included:

  • Everything in Tier 1 (both live group calls)

  • 1x 30-minute 1-1 session with me each month

  • Priority scheduling for your 1-1

  • First access to any bonus workshops or events

Best for: graduates who want personalised check-ins alongside the group support.

Can I switch tiers? Yes — move between Tier 1 and Tier 2 at any time; changes apply from your next billing date.

What if I can't make the live calls? They're drop-in by design — come when you can, skip when you can't.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes, just email enquiries@afnutrition.co.uk and I will sort it — no hoops to jump through.
