1:1 Consultation

I work with clients on a 1:1 basis for a minimum eight week period to promote effective results. This includes an initial and follow up consultation as well as ongoing support throughout your health plan.

The initial consultation typically lasts around 90 minutes, and in this time I will ask detailed questions about current health concerns and symptoms, medical and family history, lifestyle and diet and any use of medication and diagnosed diseases.

Follow-ups are scheduled four weeks after the initial consultation to monitor progress and make any adjustments and usually last 45 minutes.

About Me

My passion to raise awareness about the benefits of nutrition stems from my own personal health journey.

As a Nutritional Therapist I love my fruit and veggies (especially the greens!), I drink juices and smoothies and I practice Yoga. I also love cake, I enjoy a good quality steak and chips and my favourite food is pasta. I make a good attempt at โ€˜cleanโ€™ living and protecting the environment, but most importantly keeping myself healthy and educating others about the importance of nutrition.

I enjoy posting my health and lifestyle tips on social media to encourage you to create nutritious and tasty recipes that are going to make you feel great from the inside out.
